Let me share a few thoughts about Jamie and how tremendous she was with our loan. From the very beginning, we clicked with Jamie. We had explored several options prior to speaking with Jamie, including a reverse mortgage and products with Quicken loans to ease the financial situation brought on by my wife’s medical issues. Right away, Jamie understood our concerns and goals. She immediately began to clear some of the hurdles we had encountered before. As we communicated, almost daily, by phone and e-mail, she implemented easy options to accumulate us to the necessary materials required to complete the process. Jamie promised she could get us to closing by mid-November, and she was true to her word. She also retained a wonderful notary for our closing. Jamie did a magnificent job on our loan and closing because she was always prompt and efficient. Jamie is a real jewel! It’s almost like she is family rather than someone we encountered in a business transaction.
